I can't speak to this issue myself, but a number of folks on the forum have bought used RVs from rental companies and seem to be satisfied with the purchase. They seem to feel that the rental RVs are well maintained, serviced on schedule, and are generally in good shape. Before buying from a dealer, you might want to consider checking out a rental unit and comparing condition and price to the unit offered by a dealer.
