Congrats! I am envious too!
My DH walked in the door yesterday morning from work. He took a 'vermeil handshake' after 42 years on the job. Unfortunately since unemployment is part of the deal for his last 6 months we are stuck here in Wisconsin.
On the positive side we can leave for California as soon as school is out. I talked to my brother yesterday and it was 92 out there. I am so dreading another winter like last year because I too believe it will happen. We didn't have sewer from Valentines Day till April 24th. The main line was frozen solid.
