For used M/H look for waves or seperation on the outside skin. This an indication of a leak in the roof. An older unit with a leaky roof will have structial damage. Those of us who are able to afford a new or like new unit should not have a problem, although we must regularly inspect the seams of the roof for small harmless looking cracks that can be the start of a roof leak.
