Hi am a newbie so i am not sure that my post will help, but i am giving you a comparison. We just bought a class A 2007 Fleetwood Revolution it is 40' has a 500HP Cat engine, the interior is in excellent condition really nice couches, beautiful cabinets, older TV's, a bath and a half and we paid $85,000. To me the coach you are looking at seems very high priced Good luck
