Have dwindled the search down to two RVs any advise?

First unit is a 07 Georgetown XL 378 very well equipped not full paint. Second is a 08 Fleetwood Southwind 37C also well equipped full paint Booth have under 12000 miles and are aprox. the same aski...

I purchased a new Fleetwood 2008 37C and experienced tons of problems with it. Although the wife and I loved the floor plan, continuous trips to the repair shop forced us to upgrade. We purchased a new 2012 Forest River Georgetown 378TS XL. It is my opinion that the Fleetwood 37C is not in the same ball park as it pertains to problem free travel. Both are great floor plans. Good luck with your purchase.
