Leak around bathroom skylight; purchase or not?

Looking to spend about $40,000 on a used rig. Would like a DP but not sure it's in the cards with our budget. I have seen two units we really like in our budget but both show signs of a leak around th...

Had one with bad skylight. Found it out a year after i bought it. You open it up and it gets really expensive. Once you do that , might ad well replace the rubber roof too. Its a money pit. Run while you can. Find another one. Pay the fee to have it inspected top to bottom. You'll be thankful.
