OCCC, GVWR and GCWR questions on Winnie Minnie 22R

Does the OCCC (in this case 2187) assume full tanks or empty? If the OCCC is 2187 and the GVWR is 11,500 does that mean this MH weighs 9313 pounds? Then, the GCWR shows 13,000/18,500. Why two n...

Thanks all, that is super helpful. The RV sales guy I'm working with thought all tanks were empty so when I added 55 gallons of gas, LP, water, etc that was over 1000# right there.

What you are saying makes much more sense and leaves us with plenty of weight for gear.

Beverly and Ken where do I find that information on Winnebago's site?
