I agree with everyone that says to make sure batteries are in good condition, and to keep them fully charged after any length of use. I have 2 Interstate 4ds. They are wired parallel. I have a 2000 watt invertor/charger, and when I am ready to recharge the batteries with the generator, the charge will go as far as 90 amps (bulk charge) for about 2 minutes, then it will work its way down, until it goes to float. I have a heart remote that monitors the function. It is important to make sure if you are boondocking that you bring the batteries to a full charge. To double check I will test the batteries with a mulitester every once in awhile. I can also equalize my batteries when I am hook up to shore power. I have been doing this since I bought the coach new (1994 30' Monaco Dynasty 230hp 6speed Allision 50 amp). I also use the Buddy Heater during the waking hours. I also boondock 99 percent of the time. Sorry for the long rant. Larry
