All the 5.5 gen sets I've seen will run both A/C's even when 30amp shore power won't. Reason being, that the 20amp breaker on the generator is designated for the rear air only and the 30amp breaker is for the rest of the coach, including the front air. This also makes it convenient for a split in the way of a dual power adapter, so that one may run the rear air on a separate 15 or 20amp circuit, located on the pedestal.
The OP should have two breakers on the gen set and with the best case scenario, one needs reset.
