Random fan under bed with vent out of the blue 87' Rockwood

If anyone knows what that standalone power relay/switch near that box (behind an access panel) does, that would be appreciated as well, it's 6" near the inverter as well, but I'm not catching what it's actually powering on/off. I'm imagining a tiny light outside/on the roof blinking on/off as I'm flipping the switch.
