Removing a washer/dryer from a 2003 Holiday Rambler 38PST

I have a 2003 Holiday Rambler 38PST with a washer dryer combo unit in the bedroom. Is it possible to remove the unit without taking out a window. We want more storage and it is a great storage area ...

Never used it and need the storage. Bought the coach used a year ago. It is a Splendide 2100 vented W/D combo.
The coach is like new with only 40,000 miles, so have no idea if it was ever used. We live in Ensenada Mx where the coach is located.
