Don't take the intake all the way off unhook the ring around the air cleaner assembly then unsnap the duct from the radiator core support and you will have plenty of room. On the bottom side you may want to take off the plastic air dam it is three or four plastic push pins. It is easier with too people I use a 1/2" breaker bar on the tension and usually have someone hold it while I make sure the belt is on all the pulleys
