FYI, I just wanted to pass along the wonderful response we just received from Thor Motorhomes. They now have a 24/7 customer support program. We just had a minor issue were we need to find the reset button on the awning controller...we'll after 20 minutes of looking we made a quick phone call and we were in touch with an actual Thor tech who knew exactly how to solve our issue. We were on the road minutes later... Thank You Bill for your assistance.
I felt Thor deserved recognition for providing this valuable service, I really hope that the other motorhome manufactures take note and implement the same.
