All, Thinking (dreaming) of buying our first RV. Not looking at new models... they depreciate too quickly. I see 10-12 year old used models priced from $12- $20K and 4-6 yr old units priced from $3...

I would certainly operate every system on any used C I think about buying. No one in my family has ever owned an RV , so I have no experience using/repairing the various systems. I'd also ask for maintenance records. I've had good luck buying used cars, trucks, boats, trailers, and houses before so I think I can buy a used RV and not get burned. I think. I like the Winnie Minnie models and see them on the road a lot. My general preference is 8-12 year old Ford E350 or E450, 28 foot, rear walk around queen bed. Yes, I know there are lots of makes/models fitting this broad description. Do you have or know of one for sale? Let's talk!
