What did you do to your Class C MH today???

Just went out there to get the drill - it has become the place where you can often find a tool because the last place it was used was there! Not because of all the repairs (we took care of that a couple of months ago), but because we're still working on getting it to exactly where we want it - preparing for our longest trip to date since we bought it in April - a week over Thanksgiving on Jekyll Island - which (sob) will probably be our last trip until the spring. After that we'll probably have to go ahead and winterize. To prepare, we've started a long list - please feel free to give us pointers, I've got the Thanksgiving crockpot recipe printed out, we've got a list of things we think we need to get done before we take off for 6 days away in the RV (the longest we've gone prior to this is 3 days) - Memory Foam mattress topper should arrive tomorrow, have a cable splitter and extension cord so that our oldest grandchild can burrow down in the cabover and watch her own shows in the evening, (don't know why the outlets are all in the last third of the RV), DH has built a basic counter out of wood with a cutout for the faucet to go over the sink so we can have a good food prep area, and still on our list are these, please let us know what we're missing:
Surge Protector
Those things to keep an awning from flapping
Water filter
Small stepladder for the cabover and other times when we need a ladder
ice cube trays
long mirror for bathroom door (I miss having a full length mirror)
