What to do in high crosswinds

I was not going over 55mph because of the crosswind and had other motor homes pass me and seem to be doing ok I guess. This is why I did not pull over. If they can keep on going I figured I could also and just fought it. Also seen other motorhomes coming from the other direction heading south doing about 65 or more. I was wondering what did they have that I did not. But think most were D-Pushers. How come they do not seem to be pushed around as I was? I saw some big rigs being pushed around a little. They too were passing me.
