I'm using the Blue Ox mechanical surge towbar and so far it has worked well once I added a small vacuum pump to provide vac assist for the cable. I added a "brake light applied" indicator on the MH dash. Its activated from the toad brake switch which is already in the car. It allows me to know that the brakes are applying when stopping, and they are not sticking.
