If you can use an adjustable wrench, you should be able to install your own cable on the ReadyBrake. The best way to fine-tune it is to drive it and try it. This ani't rocket science. If it's too long, the brakes on the towed won't engage and if it's too short, they'll be engaged when you start to pull away.
The break-away cable should have some slack in it (until the towed breaks away).
The only thing that might take a little time is running a couple of wires from the hitch under the motorhome to the dash for the indicator light that lets you know when the towed brakes are being applied.
