The last trip we made, using two different RVs, one with the 2011 version and the latter with the 2013 version of the V-10, I decided to do all the driving and set cruise right at 65 over DW's objections. She likes the 55-57 range. We upped the mpgs while towing from just over 6 to 7.5 while towing. Found that the unit was not shifting down as quickly on long upgrades, especially if I'd watch the grade and slightly increase the speed prior to hitting the grade. Back when we had an '02 Class C with a V-10, we would average between 8.5 and 10, but we did not two with that unit. Just a note, since we are towing an '07 Focus, I leave the tranny in the tow/haul position nearly all the time.
