Rear air bags ... What psi should they be

After a 1/2 year of owning this new to me 2001 Fleetwood Flair 31A I just discovered two air nipples in the bay where my sewer and electrical are. There is a little plaque that states the air pressure must be maintained to a minimum amount, but that minimum amount of PSI is not stated. I put an air gauge to the nipples and both register zero psi. I called Fleetwood, they said that Ford would have installed the air bags and gave me the number to call, Ford says that Fleetwood would have installed the air bags so I should get the info from them. I gave up and have come here to ask the question. How much air psi should I put in those bags. Thanks Bill.

There is a little plaque with the warning about not going below the minimum air pressure. I will take a closer look at it in the weekend for a manufacturers name. Thanks.

If you post a picture of the plaque we may be able to recognize it and tell you what you have, even if there is no logo on it.
  • Reneys Truck in Ocala FL did a front end alignment on my 1995 Bounder 34j and the tech said airbags are set by ride height specs by model so it does not change alignment.
  • Going out to take the photo, it became very evident that the plaque tells me more than I first thought. On the plaque it says "equipped with Ride Rite Helper Springs" Firestone FSN-21-9015
