The Sudeth deal looks like a pretty good price. Best time to do this is with new tires. Then the stem install should be free.
IF IF IF the stems in the wheels now are METAL, the Braided Jacket AIRLESS Flex Extenders are an OK alternative. The AIRLESS versions aren't cheap, but you can do a Self Install at Zero Dollars. AIRLESS??? Means that there is not a Shrader Core at the end of the Extender. When you put an Air Gauge or Air Chuck onto the Extender, you push on a flexible shaft that opens the Shrader Valve on the Wheel itself. That way there's no chance for leakage if a pressurized extension/extender leaks on the road. Here's a set from Pacific Dualies

Just be sure the technology is AIRLESS.
And IF the actual wheel stem is METAL. VERY risky to attach anything to a Rubber Valve Stem.
