To my knowledge, each one of your slides should have a control box mounted (hidden) someplace nearby*. Perhaps the problem is within the control box for that particular slide?
* In my Dutch Star, the living room slide controller is mounted to the wall in one of my lower Galley cabinets. The slide controller for my bedroom slide is mounted to the wall toward the bottom of my rear closet.
