@Artum Snowbird - The oven can easily be removed to use outdoors when I please. It does happen to be mounted right at the side doors, which will be opened when the oven is in use.
@Escargot - I do have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors (one each) mounted as well as two fire extinguishers, one at front and one at rear of van.
@coolmom42 - Yes thank you. I think I will try painting the panel walls to brighten the place up. I may even decide to paint the woodwork that I added too.
