Actually if you are going to stay in RV parks, THEN the residential is perfect. You really do not need to add extra batteries or solar panels. You will still need a pure sine wave inverter for when you are traveling to keep the fridge running. Samsung used to have a fridge that was almost the same size as the Norcold, but I am not sure if they are still manufacturing it. Most fridge companies will not warranty refrigerators for RV's. I believe Samsung was the only one that did. Not sure!
