I have a jackknife sofa in my 31F. It's not a full size sofa and won't comfortably fit a full size adult without his/her feet hanging off. It worked ok for the kids when they were small. Now they are too big and nobody wants to sleep on it. I'm looking at replacing the sofa with two chairs eventually.
I've added a memory foam topper to the overhead bunk which has much more sleeping area than the sofa.
