recommendation for battery backup for satellite TV?

I dont know if there is anything will work for my situation, but here is the problem. We are plugged in at the campsite and it takes my Dish TV satellite between 10-20 minutes to scan and lock onto the signal, download the programming and finally I can watch or record. Then somebody accidentally disconnects the electrical, of course right in the middle of a program so I lose 10-20 minutes worth of what I was watching.

Can anyone thing of a battery backup or something that would prevent electrical loss? Something that I plug the TV/sat into?

A small inverter would be the easiest solution.

I dont have a regular "B", so no battery "banks", no generator, etc. I do have a little inverter plugged into cig light provides juice for laptop and cell phone chargers while we travel. I wouldnt want to run while van was off.
