Here's a good site for cars that are towable. There are always changes by the manufacturers from year to year so if you are looking at different years you'll have to check for those specific years.

Since it seems you're in Colorado, you have awesome backroads to travel. We absolutely loved our Jeep Liberty for doing 4-wheeling or just driving the gravel roads to amazing scenery in Colorado! The Jeep Liberty isn't made anymore but you can still find used ones. I'd highly recommend it.
