I just put a new cooling unit on my 1200.
The thru fitting for the ice maker is in a terrible location directly in front of the upper fins.
The plastic hose which is supposed to be secured with a nylon compression nut was not used on mine. They used a stainless steel hose clamp over the threads as there is not enough room to tighten the nut but you can sneak a screwdriver thru the fins to tighten the clamp.
Of all the Rigamarole around replacing the CU this hose leaking was my biggest worry.
Really a jury rigged set up. It is not hard to take the fridge out. It only weighs about 200 pounds. A flat furniture dolly from Harbor Freight was the perfect ht.
I would do it my self.
I can't imagine running a new hose unless you were looking at the back of he unit.
There are videos that will show it on YouTube.
