I remember once,, I thik it was about 1972...we were camping along the Gunnison or taylor river,,in the campground called rosy lane, it was a rented 19' Mobile scout TT,and we had NO holding tanks for used water,, only black and fresh,, so I put a dishpan under the spigot where the grey water came out...took a navy shower as you call it,,(I always take those kind in an rv) I KNOW how precious water is! anyway.. I shampooed my hair twice and totally bathed and then went outside to see how much id overrun the dishpan,, it was just before running over,,, now THAT, folks, is some water conservation.
I know your question is,, what did I then do w/ the water? well,, it was a dry summer and I gave the nearby shrubs a drink. They thanked me. :)
hey! it's just bathwater and wet is wet to a plant! don't ya think? national forest in the middle of nowhere,, I think they ALL should let ppl drain their grey water into the greenery .... might help w/ the forest fire problem. no?
:)
