Refilling fresh water tank when dry camping

I also do not have a port to fill my water,only the hose. Here is what I use
I use a 5 gallon bucket and drop the pump right into the bucket. Have done this for years. It takes about 4-5 minutes to empty the bucket. I have a quick connect for the 12 volts right next to where the water goes in. Here is the lid I use with the bucket.
I put the pump and hose in it after I'm done. No leaks and no slopping water while carrying the water back and forth.
