Refridgerator and water heater will not come on.

I have a 2005 Fleetwood Bounder 32W. Last week I went out to set it up and get it going. (All was fine 2 weeks prior) I noticed that the refrigerator did not power on when I hit the button. I checked ...

To provide some clarity, I have bot AC and DC in at the appropriate place. For example-the 110 plug is hot. just not at the switch on the eyebrow above the fridge. I have 8.5 v to the on/off toggle, but non to the circuit board switch.
