Refrigerator is not switching to Propane

Light the stove! It's been sitting for a while and air in line.
The stove uses more propane and will et it flowing. Every time they fill our other propane tank, it seems ,and they cut off the propane, or after being not used in a while it will do that. Sometimes the cold water heater ill click seemingly forever. Turn on the stove or the furnace and it speeds things up.
