Reliability/longevity of the 3.0 Mercedes Benz V6 In Navion

We are looking at a used 08 Itasca Navion with a little over 60,000 miles on the diesel. What are the problems with the higher mile 3.0 V6's if any? Should we be concerned with buying that unit?

    that is the first year with the DPF system. It was hardly trouble free. Lots of EGR and turbo fouling problems. But, shouldn't be so bad in a motorhome since they get driven harder and don't idle as much.
