Remodeling Class B What Would You Do?

Hi (new here). We have a Class B which we may or may not use a year from now as our starting road home. It's a 1989 high top with full size bed, shower/toilet room, kitchen and small dining area. We are currently remodeling the inside by adding Reflex & wall material insulation and doing what we can to make it our own and improve space (we have previously concentrated on the mechanical and will soon have the outside ready for new paint).

MY QUESTION: I currently have the dinette seats out to reupholster. The two seats face forward or back or lay down and be made into a small bed that way and table top fits on pole between when needed and seats are facing each other. There really isn't a lot of storage use under. I can put jumper cables, etc. under one and firewood under the other but I certainly could not stick a cooler under there. I'm considering replacing these with a remodel that we build ourselves, allowing for a permanent couch bed which allows for storage under so we would have better storage options.

Since we don't know for sure that we will keep this (we are thinking we might get a truck/trailer option instead, we would then need to sell the Class B. The remodel makes it no longer "original" so I thought I'd ask some opinions before we get started on that portion of the remodel.

Would you rather have the original table/bed option or the more practical storage option if it were up to you?
