It's not how to get it out but what you put in it's place.

Just an example of what we did . . . . and extremely functional.
32" flat panel TV sits on a passenger chair for viewing, flat on bed while traveling.
Old TV had a strap that had to be loosed by reaching from under the radio. 120V TV outlet was on engine firewall near left foot (Fleetwood).
