Removing air bed from Winnebago Adventurer 38Q
2016 with the bed on the slide. I want to replace with a foam. Wondering if anyone has removed one and has advice before I go at it.

I did remove the foam topper as it is a good one and may be used. Glad we did it because no more mechanical bed and we will sleep on what fits for us.
should have done what I did king sleep number and added the Costco memory foam on top GREAT combination
