- DrewEExplorer IIDepending on the glue, long soaking with lots of water might do the trick if you don't care about the luan. If you don't care about the styrofoam, I'd think the easiest would be to scrape it off.
- pbitschuraExplorerStart at a seam or make a seam by scoring through th luan with a utility knife. Work the seam open with a stiff narrow putty knife. Then take a short wide blade hand saw and work it under the skin and saw at the interface of the skin and foam.
