Removing Seat belt under dinette?
Are there any legal or re-sell ramifications if I remove the the seat beat framing under dinette?

I sort of doubt it since RVs vary greatly as to which seats have a seat belt, people who replace dinettes with separate tables and chairs, replace sofa with recliners, etc. you can't assume that each seat will have a seat belt.
