Removing Seat belt under dinette?
Are there any legal or re-sell ramifications if I remove the the seat beat framing under dinette?

I never understood the seatbelts in the dinette in my last RV. Why? There were warning signs attached that stated "these seats are not to be used while the vehicle is in motion". So what would one use the seatbelts for then? Strap young children down until they finish their veggies?
