Removing Seat belt under dinette?
Are there any legal or re-sell ramifications if I remove the the seat beat framing under dinette?

It's the "room hogging" framework under the dinette that I'm removing. It has turned into more of a job than anticipated. Looks like they installed the seat belt mounts first and then built seats over them...I'm having a hard time cutting 2 of the hardened bolts off in order to get clearance to take frame out....UGHH
