Repalcing Onan
I would like to junk the Onan I have and replace with electric start generator. Does any one know what generator I can use in place of Onan?. Thanks.

The Onan has a "control board"
Any generator large than 1000w is going to have a control board
All of the New electric start inverter style generators will have more complicated "control" board and electronics than the Onan
Plus you have to install fans for air ciculation if this is a fixed in place install
I put a sliding drawer in a storage compartment
Mounted a 3000w electric start Champion inverter generator on it and plugged in the shore cord
Worked great for being parked, and made it easy to fuel and service
But could not be used for the A/C while driving
