Despite the appearance, the oven is not mouse proof. Don't ask me how I know. - buck_n_duckExplorerI have figured out that mine is a perfect place to store the bread.

Your removal of the oven and the addition of the larger sink and induction top is terrific .
How is the double induction top doing and what brand ?
Thanks

We have been using it since before Thanksgiving. No problems. DW loves it.
Here is a thread on my install.

. - hotbyteExplorerWe don't have oven in MH. Previous 5'er did. We used the one in 5'er a fair amount but haven't missed it a lot in MH. We do a lot of baking/roasting in cast iron dutch ovens outside in cooler months. During the hotter months at lake, we're usually don't take time to do heavy cooking since out on boat so much.
Because of smaller galley in MH, I do appreciate the extra storage space. - bukhrnNomad

X-2, we use ours all the time, when we were first looking, we walked into several units with no oven, DW didn't even want to know about any of the other amenities, as soon as she saw no oven, we were gone.
My wife loves to bake. No way I'd not have one. Just bought a new C and that was one of the must haves. Should be easy to remove though as many we looked at did not have an oven but one could have one easily added.
I kept going, but look at all the space, look at the décor, look at this, that, & that, "let's go", yes dear. ;) - trnflaExplorerFYI, I purchased a nice compact toaster oven that I use to cook my oven items. In Florida, the RV oven heats up the camper too much and does not cook evenly.
- GrumpyandGrandmExplorerI did (actually JAYCO did) we went back to the factory service center and let them do it. I had already replaced the micro with a convection/micro so getting the storage was wonderful.
- downtheroadExplorer...and if you ever sell your rig some time down the road (which you will). I'd leave it.
- WyoTravelerExplorerAsked about that when we bought our MH. Salesman showed me where you just remove a drawer and screws holding spacer above the drawer. Oven unit would slip right in. We were thinking of adding an oven for the very reason of baking rolls or cookies. However, don't need an oven anymore. A convection microwave is also an oven. We have baked cookies, rolls and even had prime rib and roasted chicken out of the convection oven. Now DW wants to throw out the gas oven in our stick house and get a convection microwave.
