replace over the cab bed with cabinets for storage

Has anyone replaced their over the cab bed with storage cabinets? Are there any places that you can buy cabinets that are prefabbed for this application? My wife and I travel alone and do not use the ...

We made a little fence around ours to keep stuff from falling out. We can always pull the curtain to hide it. If we ever wanted to convert it back to a bed we could easily remove the fence.
