Well if you are still reading, after only a 250 mile day with some good pulls my ISL never once hiccuped...SUCCESS The only thing I can figure is that the fuel on my long day in 90+ degrees got fairly hot. The next morning it was in the high 50's and the fitting on the dip tube is steel and the hose fitting is brass. It's not uncommon at the beginning of winter to have leak problems because of the big change in temps... not that I have not had other occasions where there was a fair amount of temperature change or that this was all that much. When I put the hose back on when testing the fitting/hose was not as tight as when I took it off but that stopped the air getting in... go figure.
Anyway, if changing your filters does not give you full power, putting a clear piece of tubing at one of your filters to check for bubbles may save you some money.
I can highly recommend Dalen's Diesel in Columbia FAlls, MT if you need work on your MH. $80/hr to work on a MH and you can assist or look over their shoulder. No problem with taking 1 hour off the bill because of the problems with their computer/operator reading the codes.
