Replacement Headlamp Assy

I know I could just order replacement part from Winnebago but they are usually very expensive.

I am having difficulty determining the Hella p/n of our 3.5" round single element high beam head lamp assembly to replace it. The reflector on the lens of the housing has rusted or corroded. I removed the assembly, it had a paper p/n label on it but it faded away long ago so is no help.

Our MH is a 2007 Winnebago Voyage 38J on a Workhorse chassis.

The Winnebago parts catalog lists this information:
item #11, p/n 146527-02-000, HEADLAMP - HIGH BEAM

The ink marking inside the Hella lens is:
A HR 17.5 SAE HR 0 H9
02 04 1265 SSB 449 V

So far I have not been successful searching multiple combinations and/or portions of this Hella info on internet.

Anyone know the Hella part number? I will also call Winnebago and check their replacement price (my last resort), and see if they will tell me the Hella p/n as well.

Thanks
  • we ended up replacing the entire headlight and turn signal assembly because it was cheaper to order those from Amazon than to just replace lights alone. DH says the rig looks like a 2011 now instead of a 2007 :)

Have you tried googling the numbers on the headlight assembly itself and not just the bulb? I found several of them for other motorhoming friends on Amazon too.
  • Take the numbers cast into the lens and do a google serch, same with the part numbers.

  • Wow, I didn't think to Google the Winnebago number!

    That's it, it is Hella p/n H11191047

Many thanks, RV.net saves the day again!
