The problem is there is no room under the hood for a diesel, especially the engines with an intercooler and turbo. I am aware of only one or two diesels factory made by Lazy Daze and their reputation is that they are gutless with no turbo. I suppose a person with exceptional mechanical and body skills could accomplish a remake, but for the average person, no.
