Replacing black water tank with freshwater tank.

I am a new RV owner. I want to get a composting toilet. This would allow me to remove the black water tank and replace it with another freshwater tank. Has anyone done this, or have any advice? Thanks in advance.

    Why not leave the black tank, install the composting toilet and try it for a season to make sure it will be practical?

    Then if it works to your satisfaction, replace the black tank with a FW tank.

    Have you ever done any composting with excrement? Years ago I did it with dog dodo and it was a long term disaster.
