Full thickness traditional wood flooring is undoubtedly more weight; one source I found online suggested it's double the weight of a carpet and pad, so probably more than double the weight of the typical RV carpet. It may also be too tall for any slides to clear properly.
Engineered wood flooring systems are lot closer in weight and thickness and would be a better choice for those reasons.
My son replaced carpeting in 2 of the Cs I've had over the years. We used that engineered wood flooring, which was considerably more weight than the carpeting it replaced. ;)
