we replaced carpet/pad with allure in 5ver main floor which includes large slide out galley.
no slide adjustments had to be made to the slide.
did project in late summer when weather was 75-80 degrees. allure needs to acclimate to rv before installation. used vinyl cove base (turned upside down) on end of slide to create a transition from slide to main floor. secured it with narrow threshold strips and screwed with short wood screws to keep floor from moving on slide.
also used wood corner round along kitchen cabinets/refrig/stove to create finished look. used vinyl cove base around perimeter of inside of galley.
was uncomplicated. took approx. 4 days of work between removal of old carpet/pad and new installation. there are instructions on-line on how to do it.
love the way it turned out.
