Replacing carpet, slide problem?
Would like to hear from anyone, that has replaced carpet with Pergo, allure, or vinyl. Did slides have to be adjusted. I have a 2000, Intruder, raised slide. Will not be replacing carpet under couc...

Don't listen to any dealer. They obviously want to sell you a new or used unit.
Slides are about 5 different types:
1- no rollers, and glide along the main floor
2- no rollers, and the super structure is under the floor and the slide does not touch the floor
3- rollers embedded in the floor, these rollers never move
4- rollers on the slide. These are attached to the slide and move when the slide moves
5- rollers on slide and embedded in floor.
Neither time does a slide need to be removed.
